Rubenstein, Cogan & Quick Rubenstein, Cogan & Quick

Rubenstein, Cogan & Quick, P.C. is a full-service law firm providing its clients with a wide range of legal services throughout Maryland, the District of Columbia and Virginia. The firm concentrates in the areas of retail and commercial collections, creditors' rights, commercial landlord-tenant law, insurance bonding, insurance subrogation, and bankruptcy from the creditor's perspective. The firm combines years of practical experience with an overwhelming drive toward client satisfaction, which continues to make the firm unique.

The firm was originally founded as Cogan & Jacobs, P.C. in August of 1996 as an "offshoot" of several established Washington, D.C. metropolitan area collections law firms and has grown steadily in all respects. As a result of the firm's exponential and ongoing growth, and the retirement of Mr. Jacobs, the firm effectuated a corporate name change to Cogan, Beehler & Quick, P.C. ("CBQ") in October of 2000.

As of July 1, 2002, CBQ became RCQ with the addition of Mitchell Rubenstein as partner.

We believe that our steady growth and strong reputation are directly attributable to those characteristics that led to our formation: providing the highest quality legal services in an efficient and cost effective manner. We take great pride in this reputation and firmly believe that your organization will benefit from our legal services.

Employing "state-of-the-art" technology, RCQ is able to provide its clients with such services as 24 hour electronic case monitoring; uploading and downloading of "virtual" client files directly from the client's database, thus eliminating the time and expense of hard file preparation and transfer; and detailed monthly status reports on CD-ROM and/or in print form. As part of its technological arsenal, the firm utilizes the Collect-Max(TM) software program from JS Technologies, Inc., a highly customized collections and subrogation management program. We are thus able to provide you with a monthly status report that is tailored to your specific needs; you need only inform us of what kind of report(s) you desire and we will work to ascertain that you are provided with the information requested.

Furthermore, RCQ maintains a full complement of secretarial and paralegal support, each of whom are "cross-trained" in the legal, collection and "skip-tracing" arenas so as to better serve our clients' needs and ensure close communications between our offices. This close communication is further enhanced by the fact each client is assigned a dedicated paralegal who is primarily responsible for the handling of their files and acts as the personal "Client Service Representative" for all matters relating to the client's files. Finally, all of our clients are assigned to a particular attorney Partner; if you wish to speak to a lawyer, you need only contact him or her directly.

At RCQ, we believe that the best reference prospective clients can receive is that of an existing firm client. In order to assist you in reaching a decision with regard to future legal representation, RCQ would we pleased to provide you with a list of appropriate client contacts upon request. Please simply Contact Us and an appropriate list of client contacts will promptly be forwarded to your attention.

We look forward to representing your interests.
